At KSAVORA, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We provide nationwide shipping across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is:
KSA Nationwide: 3 to 5 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to courier delays.
We offer simple and transparent shipping rates based on your order value:
FREE Shipping: On all orders over 300 SAR.
Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee will be applied to orders below 300 SAR (calculated at checkout).
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of checkout. Our courier partners will contact you to coordinate the delivery.
